New Toy

Leo, the dog, visited once again and spread some furry love. He played balloon ball in Garden Cove, too! Elon was surprised when he stole the balloon! We also celebrated Ash Wednesday in the morning and Valentine’s Day later in the afternoon. The wonderful treats, tea, and music with Jill made this party so much fun. The room was filled with the LOVE of friends and feelings of beauty within everyone!

Residents learned the ancient Indonesian art of Batiking. They colored shapes and patterns on color-resistant paper. Then the unimaginable happened; they had to crumple them up! Many just looked at me thinking, “Why on earth would I do that?” Once they finally did it, they painted, blotted, and ironed the paper. We finished it with some lamination. They turned out great!
