Fun in Garden Cove
We had a fun day in Garden Cove with watercolors and games. Some residents gave some of their love to some new dolls we received by Bodie, one of our caregivers. The smiles from Rita and Carol says it all. A mother’s love is forever!

Thirty-four residents took a trip out for lunch in the glass sunroom at Lake Elmo Inn. The ambiance was beautiful and the food was great. The topic of most conversation was the Super Bowl. It was cool that the restaurant had the leftovers packaged in a tinfoil swan. Reminds me of my grandma, who neatly folded every piece of foil in her drawer. Residents learned how to do string art. Each piece was unique; they turned out beautifully. It was fun to see the different patterns everyone chose. We can’t wait to see them hanging on their door or shelf.
