Throwback Thursday to the 2015 Twin Cities Walk to End Alzheimer’s! Shoreview Senior Living had a great time participating last year and we are excited for the 2016 walk on September 17 at Target Field. The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is held is more than 600 communities nationwide. Over 1,500 participants are already signed up for this year’s walk in Minneapolis! The Lakeshore Players stopped by Shoreview to perform a radio show featuring many old-time broadcasts, including Abbott and Costello, The Bickersons, Five-Minute Mysteries and a few commercials. The show drew a full house and our residents truly enjoyed reliving the good old days with their friends!

We had another one of our monthly BBQs here at Shoreview Senior Living! Our residents and their families enjoyed delicious hot dogs, watermelon, corn on the cob and other classic BBQ fare. Tim did a great job tending the grill and everyone loved Jim’s homemade baked beans and potato salad!
