Halloween Crafts
Monday residents got into the Halloween spirit by making some cheese cloth ghosts and then painted some Halloween décor. Even the Nurses joined in on the fun. Now Shoreview is looking a bit more spooky!!

Thursday we kicked off the fall season with Oktoberfest! Residents enjoyed Chef Holly’s spread of Bratwursts, Kielbasa which were grilled by Tony who is a resident here, Spaetzle with Gaisburger Marsch, Sauerkraut salad, German potato salad and topped it off with baked apples and rice pudding. October 2nd the clan from Shoreview went on a boat trip on the St Croix out of Afton. We think our prayers worked because the weather held out for us right up till the end.
