Rockin’ Tony & Eggshell Art
This past Friday “Rockin’ Tony” was back and rocked the house! We snacked on homemade tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa paired with some cocktails to wet our whistle. Bert had her grandson as her date who wanted to sword fight then ran around being a “lil romantic”. It was a terrific afternoon with friends and family. We spent the afternoon Monday engaging in some canvas painting with Jill. It was a wonderful afternoon watching everyone create the same picture in there own unique way. Jill is an amazing teacher and painting is such a therapeutic activity for the residents.

During crafts today residents painted a wooden cedar picture frame. It was so fun to see the different ideas everyone had and the various color choices. Some did flowers while others were more abstract. We definitely have talent here in Shoreview!!
